What is something in your industry that you hope you can fix, improve, or grow?
Having worked in the construction industry for a few years and having seen some contractors cut corners, one of the thing I would like to improve on is the ethics of the industry.
Are you a pessimist, optimist or realist and why do you think it helps you make the decisions you make?
Realist. I think it helps me see the decisions I make because I see the way things truly are, no matter good or bad.
Which one of the 4 Core Values do you identify with the most and why?
Balance, I think having a good work life balance is critical in todays workforce. A heavy workload that cannot be sustained causes a decline in mental and physical health along with burnout from the job.
