What is something in your industry that you hope you can fix, improve, or grow?

I hope that I can improve the relationships between what we do and our customers. I feel what we do matters and want to continue to grow while expanding my knowledge within the industry.

Which one of the 4 Core Values do you identify with the most and why?

Servant I feel that humility and serving others are key core values in a leader. This keeps one from seeing themself as better than others and allowing everyone to grow.

What is something that your co-workers would be surprised to learn about you?

In my home life I enjoy cooking for my family. I wanted to become a chef before I became an engineer.
