Are you a pessimist, optimist or realist and why do you think it helps you make the decisions you make?

I’m a realistic optimist. Having worked in the building industry all of my life, I know things can and will go wrong, but I am confident in my ability to have a positive effect on the outcome if I do the right thing at the right time in the right way.

Which one of the 4 Core Values do you identify with the most and why?

I identify most with People. It’s difficult to think of a better feeling than genuinely connecting with a client; working closely with them to identify a problem; figuring out the best way to solve a problem; and then seeing that solution implemented properly.

What is something that your co-workers would be surprised to learn about you?

I own a tractor.
