Are you a pessimist, optimist or realist and why do you think it helps you make the decisions you make?
I am a real optimist. I hope for the best but expect the worst. This guides me to do things with the best intentions of a good outcome but to not be surprised if the outcome is not what I expected.
Which one of the 4 Core Values do you identify with the most and why?
Balance. My family is my priority, but my work is too. If I succeed at putting effort into both, the reward should be great professionally and with health and happiness at home.
What is something that your co-workers would be surprised to learn about you?
I have 5 children! All boys! Ages 21, 20, 18, 17, and 10.
