What is something in your industry that you hope you can fix, improve, or grow?

Improving the quality of buildings is something I want to achieve. We have codes and regulations to follow already, but if we can make buildings more energy efficient we can reduce the load on the power grid and save people at the same time.

Are you a pessimist, optimist or realist and why do you think it helps you make the decisions you make?

I am a realist, I see situations for what they are and try to make logical decisions based on the facts that are laid before me.

Which one of the 4 Core Values do you identify with the most and why?

Balance, I love that BE-CI is huge on balance. They want you to work hard but they also want you to have time for yourself and your family, and that is appreciated.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

I enjoy going to gym and going on walks with my dog, playing card games with friends, playing Xbox, and a lot of other things.
