What is something in your industry that you hope you can fix, improve, or grow?

Sales are often negatively stereotyped. I like to promote and work in sales that help people and give clients value by providing them savings, reduced liability, and services that propel the clients growth. I see a lot of this at BE-CI through improving public safety and helping clients to build and protect well performing assets.

Are you a pessimist, optimist or realist and why do you think it helps you make the decisions you make?

I tend to be an optimist at heart, but operate as a realist. I can sum it up with a well known quote. “Hope for the best and prepare for the worst.”

Which one of the 4 Core Values do you identify with the most and why?

Servant. I have always believed that I am not above any job, task, or duty. I get some of my greatest joy serving others in the community and give with a cheerful heart. Serving clients and others so as to be a part of their successes is fulfilling for me as well.

If you could switch your job with anyone else within BECI, whose job would you want and why?

I haven’t had much experience as of yet, but for now I would say Adam Prough. I have had some experience in recruiting and it is rewarding when you make good hires that benefit the business and the incoming new hire. A good job with a good company can really improve peoples lives. Talent acquisition is instrumental to building strong and successful teams and businesses
