Are you a pessimist, optimist or realist and why do you think it helps you make the decisions you make?

I would describe myself as an optimistic realist. I will always try and see the best in someone or in a situation, but at the same time I do my best to use wisdom when making decisions regardless of who or what may be involved.

Faithful, Kind, & Knowledgeable

Which one of the 4 Core Values do you identify with the most and why?

Currently, I would say that I most identify with Balance. I have 3 young children and a beautiful wife, and I want to be able to be there for my wife, and children as they grow up and help them have good memories and experiences.

What is something that your co-workers would be surprised to learn about you?

I have always been interested in parkour and rock climbing. I hope to one day be able to return to a Ninja Warrior course.
