Are you a pessimist, optimist or realist and why do you think it helps you make the decisions you make?
I think I would say I am a realist. I think this helps me make the decisions I make by taking everything as it is, whether it is a huge fire to put out, something positive that happened, or a simple mistake I am able to take a step back to look at the bigger picture and know that whatever might have happened cannot be changed and needs to be addressed.
Which one of the 4 Core Values do you identify with the most and why?
I believe I identify the most with Knowledge from the 4 core values because I pride myself on always wanting to learn new things and using that to advance. Like it says, Knowledge is Power.
What are 3 words you could use to describe yourself?
Three words to describe myself would be outgoing, empathetic, and self motivator.
