What is something in your industry that you hope you can fix, improve, or grow?

I am all about being organized and staying efficient. I would love the opportunity to help make processes more efficient and helpful for all involved.

Which one of the 4 Core Values do you identify with the most and why?

The Core Value that I identify with most is Servant. I believe in working hard, and helping others. It is important to be a support system for things to flow, and being able to lead with humility is a great skill to have in order to serve others.

What is something that your co-workers would be surprised to learn about you?

In my free time, I love to do arts and crafts. Getting creative and challenging myself to create something gives me a sense of peace and joy. I really love interior design and home staging, and enjoy finding pieces of furniture to fix up in my down time as well.

What is a favorite treat or cheat day meal?

Favorite treat is chocolate chunk cookies!
