What do you like about working for BECI?

BE-CI gives me the change of environment that I need and want. My background is heavy in the construction industry with a hand in multiple trades and labors. I loved my time in the field and walking the slabs of projects all over the nation. Now that I am married, I find myself wanting a more stable location to root in and call home. BE-CI allows me to have both of these things at the same time which is not typical of any construction-related field I’ve been involved with.  The team I am a part of is the best I have had the pleasure of being involved with. They are constructive, courteous, and driven to make great things happen. While I am based in Nashville, I have formed working relationships with several of my co-workers in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Texas. BE-CI’s company culture is committed to the individual and understands that for the collective to thrive, the individual must also.

What is something that your co-workers would be surprised to learn about you?

I have been working in the construction industry through various trades for almost 10 years and started learning my first skilled trade of welding and metal work at the age of 12.

What’s a favorite treat or cheat day meal?

Every day is cheating day but my favorite meal is a good pot of homemade chili on a cold rainy day.
