Are you a pessimist, optimist or realist and why do you think it helps you make the decisions you make?

I think I am a mixture of all three.  I enjoy new things and like to see the good in life. I also like hard facts before I jump on board with an idea.  I like to plan ahead, but I am also not afraid to live in the moment and go with the flow. I think I use each side depending on the situation that may arise.  Sometimes you need every detail planned out and other times you need to enjoy life as it comes.

What is something that your co-workers would be surprised to learn about you?

Few people know that I can somewhat sing and play all of the basic instruments. Also that I lead the worship team at our church.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

I enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife and friends as well as serving in our church.
