Which of the 4 Core Values do you identify with most and why?

Balance – with 2 young children, I want to be involved in their lives. When they grow up and don’t want me around as much, I think my answer will change to “People.”

What do you like about working for BECI?

Our employees and their work ethic. Everyone is a team player. I think it is crucial to keep the culture and to not slip into mediocrity where people box themselves in to their respective roles and become unwilling to help a friend in need.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

Spending time with my wife and kids. Activities usually revolve around good food.
