Are you a pessimist, optimist or realist and why do you think it helps you make the decisions you make?
I believe I am a realist. Life happens and we have to take on what we are handed, regardless of the outcome. How we tackle each encounter is up to us and determining who we are is essentially in our own hands. Approach each situation in a proper, careful manner, and your character will shine the way you want it to.
Which one of the 4 Core Values do you identify with the most and why?
Balance, which I believe is the most important to live a happy successful life with your family. Which is what most of us really want in life, right? With that we have to be present in the lives of the people around us daily and we can’t do that if our minds are consumed by something else 100% of the time. Working with a company with understanding of that is not always easy to find these days so it is a true gift to have that support here.
