What is something in your industry that you hope you can fix, improve, or grow?
I always just strive to be the best I can be in the environment that I’m in. I believe that we should always leave things better than they were before we were there.
Are you a pessimist, optimist or realist and why do you think it helps you make the decisions you make?
I am a realist. I believe it allows me to realistically and practically make a decision based on facts verses feelings.
Which one of the 4 Core Values do you identify with the most and why?
I appreciate the core value “balance.” I have not been great at balancing both work and home life well in the past with the environment I was in, but I’m glad I will get the chance to work on it.
