I consider myself an optimistic person. Every decision gives us a life lesson and although we can’t always get positive results, I prefer to be resilient, learn from my mistakes and improve myself every day.

I believe that all core values are necessary to be a good person and an excellent professional, but I feel more identified with Servant because I like to lead by example and achieve greatness by serving others.
