What is something in your industry that you hope you can fix, improve, or grow?
I think technology can be overwhelming for a lot of people. One of the things I take pride is showcasing how utilizing tech tools can make life more productive and efficient. I am always seeking ways to streamline processes and eliminate frustration by applying technology.
Are you a pessimist, optimist or realist and why do you think it helps you make the decisions you make?
I think I am a realist. Accurate and real-time data drives decisions. I think it’s imperative to not only have a plan, but to have multiple back up options to pivot to if needed. Overall, I think you just need to be flexible and go where the data takes you.
What is a favorite treat or cheat day meal?
Anything Mexican or covered in queso.
