Which one of the 4 Core Values do you identify with the most and why?

I think at this stage in my career I identify most with servant. I think it’s important when starting out to be willing to go the extra mile for your customers and coworkers.

Are you a pessimist, optimist or realist and why do you think it helps you make the decisions you make?

I see myself as a realist. I try to look at things from a realistic point of view by not letting myself get my hopes up or dwelling to heavily on the negative sides of a situation.

If you could switch your job with anyone else within BECI, whose job would you want and why?

I’d love to have the CEO’s job for one day. I think it would be interesting to see the company from his perspective and all the challenges that come with it.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

I love lifting weights and spending time outdoors. I have been on several high adventure camping trips in the past and would like to plan some new ones soon. I also am a huge sports fan, and I am a Cleveland diehard.
