Which one of the 4 Core Values do you identify with the most and why?

When determining how I identify with BE-CI’s Core Values, I would say that I am a Servant. I would consider myself as being humble and understanding the importance of teamwork. As I am entering the building enclosure consulting field, I am entering a new territory. To be successful, I need to demonstrate attentive listening and to ask questions of those with veteran experience.

Are you a pessimist, optimist or realist and why do you think it helps you make the decisions you make?

I would consider myself as being optimistic. When the odds of a situation are not in your favor, an optimist will strive to increase the favorability for those odds.

What are 3 words you could use to describe yourself?

I would describe myself as being loyal, hardworking and team oriented. Within an organization, we all share the common goal for BE-CI’s success.
