What is something in your industry that you hope you can fix, improve or grow?

Since I live and work along the Gulf Coast, I would like to help improve materials, and construction and maintenance methods to help resist the harsh coastal environment.

Of the four core values, I identify most with knowledge. The process of seeking knowledge and wisdom has sent me on quite a journey and influenced me to become a better person.

What is something that your co-workers would be surprised to learn about you?

My co-workers may be surprised that I was a fulltime college student for 9 years.
