What is something in your industry that you hope you can fix, improve or grow?

As I continue to learn, I hope to educate those we work with on a daily basis the necessity for waterproofing as well as the reasons why. Through experience thus far, I feel when you are able to clearly explain the reason why something is incorrect or correct, people are more understanding of the situation.

What do you like about working for BECI?

The people and the flex time. I have made many friends throughout this company and everybody is kind and always willing to help in any type of situation. Also, the flex time is convenient for being able to schedule personal appointments during the work week or simply working most of your hours earlier in the week to be able to do something earlier on a Friday.
