What is something in your industry that you hope you can fix, improve, or grow?
I hope that through my personal experiences and the experience I will gain through my work, that I will one day be able to help create buildings that will last for generations that will far outlive me. “The wise man plants the tree that he will not seek shade from.”

Knowledge allows us to gain insight and wisdom to make better choices and grow in every aspect of our lives. With knowledge and wisdom, we have the power to impact every other aspect of our lives in a positive manner. Once you know better, you should do better.
If you could switch your job with anyone else within BECI, whose job would you want and why?
So far, Kelley from HR because keeping others happy is one of my favorite things to do. She has been friendly and helpful in the times I have spoke with her.
