What is something in your industry that you hope you can fix, improve, or grow?

I would like to improve organizations to have less pollution, be more clean, and reduce the massive waste of energy.

Which one of the 4 Core Values do you identify with the most and why?

INTEGRITY. For me it is very important to try to understand what the customer wants and needs and think about the safest and best way to fulfill the target. I always try to do my best, and if there is any failure, recognize it and improve it. I respect everyone, and if there is a disagreement I discuss it and get to a solution together.

Are you a pessimist, optimist or realist and why do you think it helps you make the decisions you make?

I’m a very optimistic person but also I think that I understand when something is wrong or went bad and at that point I have to be realist. Always a positive attitude.
