Are you a pessimist, optimist or realist and why do you think it helps you make the decisions you make?

I’d consider myself as a realist. Being a realist allows me to assess situations objectively, consider potential outcomes realistically, and make decisions based on actual circumstances.

Which one of the 4 Core Values do you identify with the most and why?

My core value is ”knowledge,” because I believe it holds the key to success, empowering people to make informed decisions and continuously grow.

If you could switch your job with anyone else within BECI, whose job would you want and why?

Stepping into the shoes of a VP would immerse me in a world of strategic decision-making, complex challenges, and impactful leadership responsibilities.

What is something that your co-workers would be surprised to learn about you?

I am a former Division 1 Cross Country and Track athlete.
