What is something in your industry that you hope you can fix, improve, or grow?

The true “agile” spirit within a project work environment. The improvement and integration of becoming a norm for everyone involved on a project team being equal in their roles and responsibilities to the project.

Are you a pessimist, optimist or realist and why do you think it helps you make the decisions you make?

Usually I will be optimistic, people can get more accomplished than they originally assumed most of the time. However, with managerial roles, being a realist as well as an optimist will keep my actions proactive instead of reactive for adaptability.

Which one of the 4 Core Values do you identify with the most and why?

Balance. As a true millennial, the value of work/life balance is essential for my job satisfaction. If you work hard, you should be able to play hard.

What is something that your co-workers would be surprised to learn about you?

I’m a Star Wars fan, a sci-fi enthusiast.
