What is something in your industry that you hope you can fix, improve, or grow?

In the Technology support industry, one area i hope to improve is the response time for resolving technical issues.

Are you a pessimist, optimist or realist and why do you think it helps you make the decisions you make?

I’d describe myself as a realist with an optimistic outlook. I approach challenges by looking at the facts and evaluating all possible outcomes, but im also focused on finding solutions and believe that every problem has a way forward.

I identify the most with knowledge, as i believe there’s always something new to learn that can have a positive impact on everyone.
