I believe in every field of work communication can always be something that can be improved.

Which one of the 4 Core Values do you identify with the most and why?

I identify with all four, but the one I specifically identify with is knowledge. I believe that being a lifelong learner can benefit you in all aspects of life.

Are you a pessimist, optimist or realist and why do you think it helps you make the decisions you make?

I’m more of a realist than an optimist. I believe being truthful about whatever situation you face allows you to make unbiased decisions that lead to the most beneficial outcomes.

What is something that your co-workers would be surprised to learn about you?

I worked over 70 college football games while I was in school.
