For this 18-story, 185-unit residential tower, BECI worked alongside ESG Architecture & Design to provide comprehensive building enclosure consulting.

Our scope included Design Peer Reviews, seventeen Quality Assurance Site Visits to verify compliance with design intent, and four mobilizations of ASTM E1105 – Water Infiltration Testing, helping confirm the building’s ability to withstand environmental challenges it will face in the future.

With BECI’s support, The Bower Edina achieved both performance and aesthetic goals, offering a modern, durable addition to the Edina community.
