Latitude Med Center

BECI served as a consultant for Greystar during the build of Latitude Med Center, a 38-story, 375-unit high-rise in Houston’s Medical District. Partnering with The Preston Partnership, an Architecture and Interior Design firm located in Atlanta, our team provided Design Peer Reviews and Detail Design Support to get ahead of any potential risks during planning and construction.

We also supported the project through twenty-five Quality Assurance Site Visits, nine mobilizations of ASTM E1105 – Water Infiltration Testing and ASTM C1521 Sealant Pull Testing, ensuring that the façade and glazing systems would perform under real-world conditions. By maintaining close involvement from design through completion, BECI helped deliver a resilient, high-performing tower that reflects Houston’s growing demand for luxury high-rise living.
