Echelon City Center, Site 9

BECI provided enclosure consulting services during both design and construction phases of this 18-story, 176-unit residential high-rise project in St. Petersburg, Florida.

While collaborating with Carillon Land Development and ARC3 Architecture, our team conducted a Design Peer Review, a crucial step in the overall design and construction process. This review provided a comprehensive evaluation of the project, along with valuable feedback to ensure that Site 9 at Echelon City Center became a durable, high-performance addition to the city’s skyline.

In addition, ASTM E1105 water penetration testing was performed to validate critical areas of the façade. Our team also conducted ongoing Quality Assurance Site Visits to help ensure the enclosure was built to spec, supporting the project’s long-term success.
