Data Court
During this project, BECI provided building envelope consulting for Data Court, a five-story, two-building student housing project in Orlando containing over 280 residential units. Working alongside Trinitas Ventures and Humphries Partners, our team was engaged during both the design and construction phases to address the unique performance requirements of high-density student housing.
Our experts performed Design Peer Reviews and offered construction consulting services to help ensure the enclosure design met standards for energy efficiency, moisture control, and long-term durability. Our team also conducted Quality Assurance Site Visits and performed ASTM E1105 water penetration testing to validate the performance of key systems during construction.
These services allow our clients to reduce the maintenance issues that are common in high-turnover environments, achieve greater control over long-term budgets, and elevate the quality and performance of built assets.
