790 East Broward is a standout residential tower in downtown Fort Lauderdale. BECI was brought on board by Greystar and Meeks + Partners as a consultant for this 25-story mixed-use development during both the design and construction phases.

Pre-construction, our team performed a thorough Design Peer Review to verify that the exterior enclosure plans aligned with both durability and weather resistance standards. During construction, BECI provided 36 Quality Assurance Site Visits to ensure quality assurance, as well as three rounds of ASTM E1105 water penetration testing. Our presence helped ensure this high-rise met both aesthetic and technical expectations, lowering the risk of costly rework.
