BECI provided comprehensive enclosure consulting services for this 25-story, 380-unit high-rise in downtown Nashville.

Partnering with ESA Architecture, our team was deeply involved in the project, from design through construction, providing services such as Design Peer Reviews, Construction Consulting, and over twenty Quality Assurance Site Visits. We also conducted six mobilizations combining ASTM E1105 Water Penetration Testing and AAMA 501.2 Nozzle Testing, plus two mobilizations of AMVAC FM Global 1-52 Roof Testing

With BECI’s oversight, 1111 Church Street was completed as a resilient, high-performing structure that met modern standards while supporting Nashville’s growing urban landscape.
