Fatima Delgado is both an optimist and a realist—grounded in reality but always looking for the silver lining. Her sunny outlook shines through in everything she does, both at work and in life. Inspired by Audrey Hepburn’s belief in joy, strength, and miracles, Fatima brings that same energy to her role at BECI. Outside of work, she enjoys being a soccer Mom and cherishes all those moments with her family.
