With a calm, steady presence and a heart for service, Derek brings a thoughtful approach to every project he touches. At BECI, he loves the opportunity to build real relationships while doing meaningful work that makes a difference. Outside of the office, Derek’s world revolves around his wife and three kids. When he’s not with them, you’ll likely find him volunteering or playing music at his church, a place where his passion and purpose meet.
