What is something in your industry that you hope you can fix, improve, or grow?

I hope I can fix the miscommunication as it occurs everywhere. With my background in project management, I’ve seen how streamlining communication and establishing clear workflows early in the project can prevent issues down the line. Also, after doing my due research. I would like to introduce BE-CI to Latin American markets as envelope conservation and deterioration is an enormous industry as you know and there are cero companies focusing on this area in Central America.

Are you a pessimist, optimist or realist and why do you think it helps you make the decisions you make?

I’m a pessimist and a realist. I live my everyday employing Murphy’s Law. Anything that can go wrong will go wrong. Always prepared for the worst.

What is something that your co-workers would be surprised to learn about you?

How much more outgoing I become once I get to know more about each one of the team. Also how much I enjoy being a part time cowboy in my family ranches back in Panama.

I identify the most with Knowledge since I’m always listening rather than talking.
