The Peabody Hotel

BECI was engaged to preserve and enhance the exterior of this 12-story, 80,000-square-foot historic landmark. During this project, our experts performed a detailed envelope evaluation, using drone technology to assess exterior cladding, window assemblies, and roof conditions.

Working with York Construction Services and Eskew+Dumez+Ripple, we issued detailed Letters of Opinion on necessary exterior restorations and provided guidance on historic restoration best practices. Our team also performed multiple QA Site Visits to ensure the planned repairs would preserve the hotel’s historic architecture while enhancing building performance and durability for the decades to come.
