Sunrise Municipal Center
In 2023, BECI supported the successful delivery of the Sunrise Municipal Center, a six-story, 100,000-square-foot government facility in Sunrise, Florida. Working alongside Stiles Construction and Song & Associates, our team delivered proactive construction consulting services tailored to the needs of civic infrastructure.
Throughout the build, we conducted twelve Quality Assurance Site Visits, offering expert guidance on proper construction practices for the building’s exterior enclosure. This oversight helped mitigate the risk of things like water intrusion and premature wear, while supporting the city’s investment in a long-lasting municipal asset.
