Quality Assurance Site Visits
Well-planned and timed Quality Assurance inspections are one of the best means to ensure quality workmanship and proper construction of the exterior envelope of a project. At BECI, we routinely perform QA site visits nationwide for contractors, designers, and owners on all types of buildings. We are well-versed in the methods and materials used to construct the exterior envelope of multifamily, historic rehabilitation, high-rise, commercial projects, and everything in between.
Faster Fixes and Fewer Surprises
Our drones are equipped with a multi-focus and powerful zoom lens, and we can even use our IR cameras to gain valuable overhead thermal data to assist in gathering information related to water intrusion or heat loss in your project. BECI also utilizes our aerial photographs to create easy-to-understand restoration documents.
We aim to issue finalized field observation reports to the client within 72 hours of completing the site visit. We also track the non-compliant conditions observed throughout the project’s life and work with site teams to fix them. This closed-loop documentation is critical to documenting that projects are built per their design.
