TMC Apartments Case Study
BECl was engaged by a new construction developer and contractor in 2015 to perform our complete suite of new construction consulting services which included design Peer Review (DPR) of the construction drawings & specifications for the TMC Apartments as it related to the exterior building envelope. Following the DPR and as work commenced, BECl performed peer reviews of submittals and shop drawings related to the building envelope.
During our tenure on this project, BECl also performed 22 periodic Quality Assurance site visits of the work in progress and as it related to roofing, exterior, claddings, window installation and overall waterproofing. At various milestones throughout the project, BECl performed 10 mobilizations of standardized water infiltration testing of representative windows to verify compliance with the contract documents.
