Project Summary:
BE-Cl performed an Exterior Condition Survey and provide a Letter of Opinion for the building envelope on The Contemporary Arts Center at 900 Camp Street. Following the Exterior Condition Survey, BE-Cl performed an analysis of the roof drainage and provided recommendations for restoration and repairs of the moisture intrusion issues on the roof and exterior walls.
We also performed peer reviews of the submittals and shop drawings and attended construction meetings as it related to the building envelope. During our tenure on this project, BE-Cl also performed periodic Quality Assurance site visits of the work in progress and as it related to roofing restoration and repairs. At various milestones throughout the project, BE-Cl performed standardized water infiltration testing to verify that the water intrusion issues had been resolved.
