Jetty East Condominium
Project Summary:
BE-Cl was engaged to develop exterior restoration documents, procure bids and perform Pre-Construction, Contract Administration & Post-Construction services related to exterior restoration of the concrete, stucco walls, coatings, sealants and removing and replacing the original windows.
As part of our services, and once the design documents were completed and bids procured, BE-CI performed Quality Assurance Site Observations and testing of the work in progress to verify compliance with the contract documents. The overall cost of the restoration project was $3,500,000.
