Elan Rosemary
BECl was engaged by Greystar Development in 2016 to perform a Design Peer Review (DPR) of the construction drawings & specifications for the Elan Rosemary Apartments and as it related to the exterior building envelope. Following the DPR and as work commenced, BECl performed peer reviews of submittals and shop drawings and consulting services related to attending various Design Meetings.
During our tenure on this project, BECl also performed 18 periodic Quality Assurance site visits of the work in progress and as it related to roofing, exterior, claddings, window installation and overall waterproofing.
