BECl was engaged in 2014 by a commercial property manager to perform a condition survey and testing of the exterior building envelope. During the overall tenure on this project, BECI also provided a Pricing Feasibility Study which included development of a conceptual work scope and procuring cost estimate for the cladding restoration. Based on our previous on-site observations and limited testing, BECI created exterior design restoration documents and procurement of bids related to the exterior cladding, windows, flashings and sealants.

Once the design documents were completed and bids procured, BECI performed Pre-Construction, Contract Administration, Post-Construction and Quality Assurance Site Observations of the work in progress, as well as testing, to verify compliance with the contract documents. The overall cost of the restoration project was $4,000,000.
