Are you a pessimist, optimist or realist and why do you think it helps you make the decisions you make?

I tend to see myself as a pessimist while also being a realist. I enjoy seeing the potential opportunities that come with every situation, while also having an understanding of when things need to change for the better.

Which one of the 4 Core Values do you identify with the most and why?

For obvious reasons, “Balance” is a clear standout; due to the fact I take priority in enjoying life outside of work and building/furthering relationships. Although this aspect is important, “People” is the value I identify most with. For me, there is no better feeling than becoming personable with someone, while leaving a great impression.

What is something that your co-workers would be surprised to learn about you?

That I love the outdoors. I really enjoy fishing, and when I am not fishing, I tend to be hunting… or golfing.
