Are you a pessimist, optimist or realist and why do you think it helps you make the decisions you make?

Realist. Mistakes and human error will occur from time to time. It’s how you react and learn from these experiences that determine the success that can be had in the future.

Which one of the 4 Core Values do you identify with the most and why?

I like balance more than the others. I come from a position where I haven’t had much balance in my life. I appreciate that I can have time for church on Sundays and time w/ friends and family. I know that necessary sacrifices are to be mad from time to time, but I really appreciate the focus on balancing life w/ work.

What is a favorite treat or cheat day meal?
