Are you a pessimist, optimist or realist and why do you think it helps you make the decisions you make?
Overall I would say that I am an optimist, but don’t get me wrong, I have had my not-so-optimistic days. Seeing the silver lining in things helps motivate me to continue to try my best regardless of my situation.

Servant. I am a big proponent of humility and listening to others with a humble heart. On top of that, I agree with the idea of focus and hard work leading to success.
