I hope I can influence change in the area of construction material management. I would like to see product waste reduced and recycling efforts improved.
Are you a pessimist, optimist or realist and why do you think it helps you make the decisions you make?
I believe I am an optimist because I always give people the benefit of the doubt. I make the decisions I make because I believe that ultimately we all want to make the world a better place.

If I could switch my job with anyone else within BECI, I would switch jobs with Adam Prough, because he gets to meet all sorts of talented people and he shapes the trajectory of the company by the people he recruits.
