I am a realist and with this it helps me make decisions because I see both the good and the bad out comes on things but with that being said I will be able to judge accordingly to see what outcome would be better.

From the 4 Core Values I identify the most with people because yes you do need the knowledge, servant, and balance as well but you need to know how to deal with people and have great communication and customer service with the customers so not only do you get the job done, but as well leave on a good impression and them do business with you again.
